Ah, the real homefry20 comes out. I figured it wouldn't be too long before he started trolling. It took until basketball season because he knew no one would take him seriously if he talked smack about football.

We gonna be alrite. Friday night starts the real deal and we gonna rep that Orange White and show what Rocky Top is all about. Remember we aren't the first team to lose an exhibition game and some have had great seasons.

obviously this looks bad. anyone remember when syracuse a couple years ago lost in a exhibition game then ended up having a great year? i think we'll be ok, big wake up call that we need to find some other scoring when the 3's aren't falling like the were tonight. indianapolis just went zone on us and begged us to shoot all night. our defense was abysmal as well. couldn't contain their guards and after they drove by us they got dump down layups. gotta play better d saturday

We are vulnerable to fast guards who can shoot FTs and jam the middle to keep our big guys from the basket. Our weakness is outside shooting and free throws. It is something Pearl will have to deal with because other teams will game plan around this.

I'm pretty sure Ohio State lost an exhibition game and then went on to lose in the national championship...

Syracuse also lost by 3, not 15. Bottom line is we cannot score against the zone. We have to get the ball to Tobias at the free throw line and let him make things happen. create, pass over the top to a low post scorer or draw defenders and kick it out to a shooter. He is perfect for that role but for some reason our guards won't make the entry pass
