this week vs. Missouri, only to continue the following week vs. Florida Atlantic? As you know, this is Rambo's second time with their drug policy requiring a suspension of a minimum of 30% of the season. That is 3-4 game, so I suppose he could selectively suspend him for this past game, Florida Atlantic, and Georgia Southern later in the year like Urban did with Jarvis Moss.

Thoughts?

Will be interesting. Richt is keeping it close to the vest. Someone in another thread indicated the suspensions had to be on consecutive games by rule. But, honestly if some of our studs were suspended I would rather them miss the creampuffs.

this is a school punishment and he has appealed. mcgarity and an appeals board would made the determination. also this is the 1st drug test failure on the part of rambo and that is part of his appeal and why i think his appeal is successful and he plays.

Richt will allow Rambo to return to action this week only on the condition that he promises to run some extra wind sprints after the season is over.

Latest word from UGA people seemed to be that Rambo and Ogletree were still suspended but someone (perhaps the CB Cummings, 2 games) had appealed their suspension

Espn reporting Rambo and Ogletree both suspended for this game, joining CB Sanders Commings and LB Chase Vasser (both already serving 2 game suspensions)

That will really hurt the team today.

Mizzou's playing (due to injuries) with a 4star Frosh at LG and a Jr (who was a walk-on originally but had earned a scholarship this offseason) at RG...so there's some chance it might balance out
