I don't live in TN and can't get very much info except on line. What is the talk? Will they be back?

I'm sure they will be back....thet are going to be arraigned on May 23 i think

according to Fulmer they will either do what is expected of them or they wont be back. He will hand out a list of what it will require for them to come back and they either will or wont.

They were arraigned yesterday and Ayers and Mayo were arraigned today... :unsure:

It doesn't say anything special. It just says that they were arraingned yesterday for misdemeanor assault charges and sums up what happened.

So basically they just appeared in court and had the charges read.

Did the have to enter a plea today?

So according to your source OWB they should have entered a plea, any idea what that might have been???

I don't really have a source. I just read it off GoVolsXtra and they didn't say anything about pleading guilty or not guilty.

It is just misdemeanor assault and while not good, it's not exactly that bad either. I would guess that they plead guilty and do some community service for it....

To have a trial date set for May 23 they would have had to plead not guilty.
