I really want to hear his reasoning for not resigning, he shouldn't have to be fired. It has to be apparent to him too that he's not cut out for this job. Dooley is not a bad guy, maybe he will have a future as a head coach. But here and now, it has failed.

Players reflect the personality of their coach. Oregon, Kelly. Alabama, Saban... the list goes on. Our players reflect the personality of our phenomenal loser, Derrick Dooley... It's that simple.
