Win out & finish 2nd in SEC!

Im no genius but somebody please tell me if I'm wrong. If we win out we will finish 2nd in SEC! If and only if we win out! and everything happens like it should.
Miss. State will lose to UK so we will be ahead of them.
Florida will lose 2 of 3 to (@Ark, UK, @Vandy) so we will be ahead of them.
Vandy will lose to UK and Tenn so we would be ahead of them.
Which means we stay away from UK until Finals. Which means 2 more SEC tourney games that are winnable! There is no way if we finish 2nd in SEC standings they can keep us out! GO VOLS and keep the streak going! I know I might be a little optimistic but after last night's win its hard not to be. It's actually amazing the job that this team has done already but its not over!!!

Final SEC standings if we win out: (after my predictions)

UK 16-0
Tenn 11-5
Florida 11-5
Miss St. 10-6
Vandy 10-6

All 5 teams in my opinion deserve NCAA tourney!

Alot of people on this site are riding florida out just because we smoked them twice. To be honest i think florida mans up and gets a W at memorial. Either way 2 or 3 seed it doesnt matter.. just want to stay away from 4.

WHO KNOWS: if we can get to a semi, beat florida for the 3rd strait time (hard to do), anything can happen in the SECtourney championship..

Have to win out though.
and the boys in blue need to keep winning.

They can lose in Gainesville though. Might hurt our bid for #2 in the conference, but #3 is just as good. I just want a Saturday matchup with the Gators, because that's our best chance to get to Sunday.

I agree with everything but Mississippi State finishing ahead of Vandy. No way they end 10-6. I love watching State fall off the planet this time of the year. Stansbury should have his salary deducted in the months of feb. and march because they do absolutely NOTHING this time of the year

If we lose the vandy game we would be down to a 5th seed. I think if we lose a game to anyone in the regular season it will be very hard to make the NCAA.

Yes Florida will lose 2 more games....maybe 3. They will lose to Arkansas saturday..you watch!
As far as Miss St., you are right about them falling off, but their schedule is favorable and they own the tie breaker between Vandy. Thats the only reason them ahead of Vandy.

It will take us winning out to make the NCAA but I think this team has shown that they can stick with and beat anytime in the league. It will be interesting to see if the selection committee disregards the early season woes because we had a new coach and no Stokes. If this is the case we can lose one down the stretch, so long as its not Vandy as we need the RPI boost. Something no one has really mentioned is that with the way the team is playing right now, we have a legitimate shot of winning the SEC tourney for the first time that I can remember. Whatever happens, all I know is I am proud of the Vols and the job the kids and this awesome coaching staff have done.

I didn't think we would roll past Arkansas like we did...I would love to say that I think we will win out, but I don't know what to expect with this team.

we can lose 1 game as long as it isnt a home game. if we lose 1 games and still win 2 in the sec t we still would have a very good chance of getting in.

obviously though, win out and win 2 in the sec t and i think we are an absolute lock, i dont think we'd have to sweat it out at all on selection sunday.
