We were a run first team this year. Something definitely seemed off with the offense this year though. We were plagued by poor Oline play. A QB that got skittish because of it. And WRs that dropped balls all season. The offense never really found its stride. Sampson was all we really had.

Obviously I don't know crap like all these others do. But I think his offense was too hard for Nico to learn mixed in with Nico being too busy being Nico Sauve, and he had to dumb it down. Probably would have been okay, but Nico got spooked and let it get to him. Then we had some injuries which is normal, but not with a redshirt freshman most of the time.

And I know errbody tired of hearing it, but we're just 4 years removed from a decade and a half of a true dumpster fire. I mean, chit fire. And on top of that, all this NIL and Portal crap.

Maybe someone else would have handled it better, but the best that ever was quit before this NIL and Portal really got cranking and his program was running like a well oiled sewing machine.

2023 when the NCAA made all those changes to the clock rules seems to be when the O declined some
