Michigan doesn’t appear to have any dynamic players..... period. They look like TN North

I think Harbaugh is out after this year only if he wants to leave/if an NFL team will have him.

Michigan desperately wants to win and he's definitely underachieved there, which sounds like a perfect recipe for a firing. However they are also at a spot where they are wondering "If Harbaugh can't turn us around, maybe nobody can" and are seriously questioning if they could get a better candidate.

Say Peyton got into coaching after his NFL career and had success at the FCS, Power 5, and NFL level. Then came to Tennessee to turn around our program, but 6 years in he still hadn't done it. That's where Michigan is right now with Harbaugh.

Scott Frost may very well be another case of this.

He is. Nebraska and Michigan are further down their roads at this stuff than Tennessee is, even though our program has been down more and for longer than either of theirs has. I think it'll be even more difficult for Nebraska to fire Frost than it will be for Michigan to fire Harbaugh.

Tennessee has failed, but we've failed via Kiffin, Derek Dooley, Butch Jones, and now Jeremy Pruitt. None of those were home run names; it isn't like Peyton or some white whale coaching candidate has come here and failed. We haven't gone down truly swinging yet.
