How is a game between the #8 and #11 teams in the country relegated to a noon conference network game for the Big 10?

I'm guessing it was selected before the season started. Probably didn't expect Wisconsin to beat LSU.

That wouldn't make sense though, because Iowa and Rutgers got an ESPN2 game (granted, at noon), and they wouldn't have been setting a week 4 game for a network so far down in the weekly selection order before the season started (and actually, I looked back - they only announced networks and times for first 3 weeks of their games prior to the season, back in June).

But the only ABC game this week is Penn St vs #4 Michigan, the aforementioned Iowa/Rutgers game is on ESPN2, and everything else is on Big Ten Network...I guess it must either be just a weird TV week for the conference or the BTN gets a higher selection priority for games in that conference than the SECN does in our conference.

Just looked it up and the B10 network does have priority over ESPN on certain weeks.
