I have seen both PSU and Wisconsin play in person this year and it is very safe to say I would rather face PSU than Wisconsin.

Wisconsin seems great. Honestly, I haven't seen much to make me think otherwise. However, their schedule is extremely pathetic. There is a reason they are the lowest ranked 1-loss team. I'm pretty sure UT wouldn't have more than 1 loss with that schedule.
