Yea as I stated Tennessee should be #1 because of their resume……if they beat Bama.

Their SOS isn’t the best (right now) even with 3 wins vs ranked teams……..however it is still pretty good.

With this Bama game their SOS should increase dramatically.

Right now OSU has the best SOS of the top 15 teams or so……maybe even top 20…..and they have only played 1 ranked team. That’s because they have played a 6th game, played 4 power 5 teams and no FCS teams.

I would think with a win Tennessee’s SOS would jump up to around 20 (or so). Combine that with 4 ranked wins, one top 3 win, with 2 of those being on the road………their resume would be tops for certain.

Right now Georgia has the best win in all of college football and their 6-0 & OSU has the better SOS and their 6-0…….so there could definitely be arguments……..with a Bama win…..there really wouldn’t be an argument.

Tennessee would have the best win, they would have beaten 4 ranked teams and would have one of the best 2 SOS’s in the top 15.

The 2 big 10 schools in top 4 have pretty much played high school teams so far. Not sure how thier even in top 4.

Exactly. Ohio state is still using ND as their big win, and of course I'm sure you feel like Georgia has big bragging rights with that win over Oregon, who has proven to not be a top 20 team.
