Danny White did not have to make the Heupel the coach, but he did. Glad he followed his gut. He is probably as surprised as the rest of us thinking ok 4-5 years if this works. In the back of his mind, he knew but felt it might be a huge risk with the fanbase.

The success not all to his credit with the exception of his leadership with the other Coaches has facilitated for the betterment of Volnation in all of its Athletic Programs.

Handling the investigation with the NCAA has eased the pressure of what could have been a total disaster.

We now have an AD and a stable group of Coaches that will be given the support that they need to succeed. SPRY doesn't hurt either. All will be done within the rules and regulations governing the sport.

The entire AD Culture Changed with D White not just one or two programs, but all programs raised their level.

Working on becoming a Force to be reckoned with in the future in all thing Athletics.

"There is an edge-of-our-seat factor to a unit that runs a play every 3.58 seconds. "

I believe we run 3.58 plays/minute not 17 plays/minute.
I did not catch it but you are right. When I read it my brain processed it the way it was meant vs the way it was written.

I thought it was interesting when Danny White said at first he did not even consider Josh Heupel as a candidate. What wasn't indicated was what changed his mind. Perhaps after considering several other candidates he finally thought why not CJH. Whatever I'm sure Vol Nation is extremely happy with the outcome. GBO...Beat UGA!!!
