Allan Houston played for the 1999 championship. If the Knicks had somehow stayed injury-free throughout the playoffs, they might have beaten the Spurs that year.

I have to imagine he would be the first.

It's crazy with the amount of good basketball players UT has had nobody has won an NBA title.

Then we aren't talking about the NBA either.

And yet you could form a team of 12th players off the bench from around the NBA and they could still drop down to college and win a championship.

No offense to our Vols, but I'm not even sure they could score 20 against the Pacers.

The NBA is not real basketball. It's pass it around for 10 seconds and if you don't get anything give it to your super star to shoot a contested jump shot with less than 5 seconds left on the shot clock. Sure they are more talented but the NBA is not what basketball was intended to be.

The NBA playoffs is some of the most exciting basketball played. I don't get why people hate on the NBA? I think the season should be shortened though. Maybe a 60 game season.
