Would you really take a girl with tats home to mom?

My son is getting married in a few weeks to a very nice girl. She comes from a fine Christian family. I'm thankful that they both have old fashioned values. But I see a lot of women with tats now days, especially in major cities, and it got me to thinking. Do guys have reservations about bringing these women home to meet their mothers? Just curious......:whistling:

Hell no, I would never take a girl with tats home to mom. I probably would't bang a girl with a tramp stamp either.

I wouldn't want to if she had a ton, but if it was just a few then probably not a problem. Also depends on what they are, where they are, and how big they are (and their significance)

If mom is going to judge a person for the presence of a tattoo, I'd be more worried about that. Mom needs to ease up on the judgement.

Tats don't necessarily equal trashy (which is what I think you are getting at).

I think most people care about the content of the new prospective family member's character rather than any ink she might have.

There are plenty of nice looking girls who are rotten to the core.

For me it's not a take them home to mom thing, I'm just old school and don't like the look. Most of my friends, both male and female, have them and I don't think they are any less of a person and my parents know many of them. But for a significant other, I'm just really turned off when they are in something classy or even some quasi - formal setting and you can see a tat on a girl.

I can respect that. I was sitting at church and looked across the aisle at a friend (40ish) whom I've never seen in shorts/shorter dresses before. Sunday she had on a knee length dress and her legs crossed and on the inside of her leg, above her ankle is like a double triangle that's green and orange. It just didn't sit right with the outfit

Hell no I wouldn't let it get to that point, momma raised me to judge everyone off of appearance. Seriously though tats, piercings, dreads can be very sexy. Except neck/face tats and t**ty tats, and a pierced septum, I don't find those attractive.

It would depend on what kind of tattoos we are talking about...if it is well done art and the chick is hot then yes.
