WR Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Clemson

Put together a couple of top 10 classes, coached All Americans Sammy Watkins and D. Hopkins.

Son of Brad Scott and Clemson boy, but would be a good candidate IMO.

Just relax! My guess is that CBJ will choose a coach with whom he has worked at Cinci, Central Michigan or somewhere. Finding a WR coach is not nearly as critical as recruiting at this point.

Recruiting is most important so having another recruiter on trail will help.

And money and SEC talks...we will be back in the top 10!

Are we really a worse job than Clemson?

It seems that what constitutes the "top jobs" is how you have done recently. For instance in the 90's and early 2000's I remember people saying that Alabama was no longer a top job! USC was said to be a bad job in much of the 80's and 90's because people said it was in too rough an area of LA! What both those programs had in common at the time was losing. So, if Coach Jones starts winning we will be considered a top 10 to 15 job in the nation again.

Gotcha. History and fan base and AD budget and facilities are secondary. I actually get it.

I'd love to see him, but I highly doubt it. It seems Clemon is committed to overpaying their staff.*

Lol. We were known for that 15 years ago. Its been a while since we had top notch wr's.SEC good yes. NFL good no. We think it is still wr u, but i dont know if the national media does.

Is this a joke? There are going to be 3 former University of Tennessee wide receivers drafted in April. I realize that before that you've got to look allllllllllll the way back to D. Moore to find a productive NFL WR from UT but . . . c'mon, man.
