Nuts! This wreck was supposed to be on I-40 Westbound around 10am and involve 10-12 cars. The DOT screwed up again. If all had gone to schedule the UT Chancellor predicted 3,674 Cock fans would be pulling off in Dollywood to watch the game vs making the trek to Neyland. Ugh. Go Vols!
