This has nothing to do with VN, but I am hoping some of you more knowledgeable individuals can help me. My issue is when I go to check my yahoo mail there is a page that pops up saying I need to upgrade to the newest version. I have had the newest version for a long time now and I even click the browser type that I run which is IE9 and attempt to upgrade again and it then tells me that I am already running the latest version available. So why am I being told to upgrade and not being able to see my mail if I am already up to date?

If you don't run IE9, I don't need to hear that the browser stinks or that yahoo stinks. I do want to hear if there is any advice on how to fix this issue which has just started happening in the last day or so. I have searched the help forum with yahoo and found nothing and I have also tried to contact them, but the box to ask questions says that they will not respond. I have cleared my cache and temporary files. About ready to throw my laptop across the room.

Believe my system updated to IE10 the other day and they may not like each other. I run windows 7 if anyone has a quick solution. Wish they would just leave things alone.

Yahoo and IE suck. :)

I was just about to check this. I wasn't sure if they had released IE10 for Windows 7 as of yet. Let me Yahoo with my Windows 8 laptop.

It works for me, but it appears Yahoo has made some recent improvements. These may be geared toward IE10 compatibility. Have you cleared your cache? Also, can you post a screenshot of the error you get if it persist?

Cache was cleared the day before this started. I have discovered that it automatically updated to IE10 through a windows 7 service pack. I am not getting an error but being sent to this page:

Gmail is where it's at

I would use another email if I had not been using yahoo for the last 10 plus years. I have tried in the past to register for gmail and was never able to even login. That was quite a few years ago though.

Yuo can have all your porn transferred over to a new email. Yankee is right though, gmail is nice to have. You could switch browsers to firefox or chrome and maybe not have those problems if they aren't fixed yet.
