Got this earlier today from Ebay:

Please be aware that the following auction-style listing:

Item Number - 8736520890
Item Title - Buy My Football Fan Loyalty, I'm tired of the TN Vols.

has been removed by eBay for violating of one or more of our policies. Any offers or bids placed on this auction-style listing are now null and void. Because the auction was ended early, you as a bidder are not required to complete the transaction. Since this is a listing violation, the seller is free to relist the item in the proper format. Should you wish to do so, you are free to bid on the item again if it is relisted.

Don't you just love "Nick Lachey" fans?
I wonder what he'd do if UT goes undefeated next year (sarcasm) ?

Buy his loyalty back?

What policy was violated?
There was an ebay auction with pregnant women putting advertisements in their stomachs which was valid by Golden Palace Casino. Although i think the guy is an idiot, i thought you could sell anything on ebay as long as it not body organs.

Did you place a bid law?

Yeah, but I was out of the running eons ago. I think I bid something like $57.

Hey, you guys (and gals) remember the contest I ran? Who could get closest to the number of "hits" on the item when it ended? I figured out on Thursday that Crazyguy had mathematically won and mailed him his t-shirt Friday. Now, turns out the item NEVER ended. I'm a lawyer. I see an argument here...

:realmad:

Crazyguy, if you see this, KEEP the shirt!! LOL.

Yeah, but I felt kind of funny writing "Simka Tinypenis" on the "To:" line on the envelope.
