Army will also play several games over the next few seasons against Notre Dame, Rutgers, Air Force and BC.

I'm excited about it. Old Yankee Stadium hosted countless games and I'm interested to see football games at the new stadium in the future.

Well back in the day Army used to play a lot of games at the old stadium against Notre Dame among others, so I'm sure that's why they picked Army.

It's inexact, sure...

But I've always been a supporter of the "If they go .500 or above, put 'em in a bowl" idea. More games at the end of the season can't hurt.

Army might suck, but folks still turn out to see them play. Besides, new coach, new attitude, new beatdowns. Hell, they beat Ball State.
