Down the stretch, who wins the AL East and who wins the Wild Card? My gut feeling says the Rays will pull it out, but as long as NY can get to the playoffs, I think they win it all.

My hope is that the two teams are playing and whatever stadium they are in vaporizes into thin air...then we all win.

A lot will depend on how soon the Yanks can get everyone healed up and back on the field.

He needs a steamroller not an iron.

Talent eventually will win out. His location sucks and his confidence sucks. He's not the best in the world in the NY atmosphere, but I'm not ready to throw in the towel on him yet.

He could throw a no-hitter in his next start but I wouldn't trust him to start a game in the playoffs, at this point management has got to wonder what the hell they were thinking about that 80 million.

As long as A.J. don't pitch, I'll be relaxed. Let's bring up some of the young talent we got in the minors and throw A.J. on the street.

Here he is, what most of us see in person...as you call him the Jay-Z -Yankee fan.

The trendy fan.

It is absurd.

Ha trendy fan is good. And for the record, I obviously wasn't serious. I was simply stating that A.J. is not that great of a pitcher. Man you Boston fans are so sad. It just eats you away when you see pinstripes. I'm as far from being a trendy fan as possible. Been cheering for NY since I was a kid playing ball.

Like all the die hard Sox fans that showed up after '04?

Although I'm sure you've been a Red Sox fan since birth.

Yeah right.

You must kid a lot, like when you said the Yankees have the best farm system in all of baseball.

Not been a fan since birth, not even close.

Around '96 is when I starting liking them but '98 is when I became a fan.

This is an argument that could never end but a Yankee fan has no business questioning the loyalty of Rex Sox fans, seeing as how most of their fan base is made up of guys like Appalachin.
