Congrats on taking care of Ole Miss for us. That leaves only Bama with a chance at stealing the west from us now. I hope that was a matter of you guys overlooking Ole Miss because if you bring that crap to the SECCG we're gonna smoke you again.

Can't you at least give me 5 minutes to savor the win before you remind me of two weeks ago???

The one thing that I noticed tonight is the heart Tennessee had. In years past the would of just layed down. I'll take a win any day. Maybe this was our let down game just like GA had last week..

Bottom line we one, We still control our own destiny in the SEC east.

It's getting tougher for Schaeffer since he's not getting many opportunities, but he just looks awful in the pocket when the protection starts to break down.

I haven't noticed him on the field since the opener.

they dident let Brent even get into a shotgun i mean yah we won but Bret Smith made Erik Ainge look good on the touchdown catch but we have to remeber they was in high school about 5 months ago.

What a let down,Offense flat, defense flat,I knew it was coming.Way to go Hefney, nice catch.I'm pissed,I'm drunk and I'm not happy with the performance of this ball club tonight, but I still love them.We squeaked a win out tonight. As for Schaeffer please leave him out of the game.Just my two cents guys ,hate me if you want to but I know some of you feel the same way.Go Volsssssssss

I thought the defense played pretty well and dominated late in the game.

...but what is up with our special teams? Colquitt kicked as bad as I can ever remember, and our return men looked completely lost especially on punt returns. Hefney got himself benched and then Tinsley almost got himself decapitated.

Re: some of the posts above. First if you think Allahbamastan is the last team that can take us out of the SEC East spot, don't forget USC. Secondly, Ainge's passing accuracy was way off last night, he must recover to his earlier level of play if we are to have continued success. Thirdly, our offensive line really looks banged up. That along with Mahelona potentially being on the bench against bahmah could be a problem.

OTOH, we won a game in whcih we didn't play oiur best...that's good in the SEC. GO VOLS!!!

What was up with the O-line anyway? After the first 2 drives their play was very mediocre, particularly in the running game. Missed assignments, little drive off the ball... I hope it was the same general lack of focus that the team as a whole seemed to have.

Yeah I thought the o-line looked a little banged up last night. After those two first scores I thought we were going to be on easy street. It is hard to watch a team that looked awesome against Georgia, come out and look like we did.

I know u guys will laugh but we better not overlook kentucky....they haven't won an sec game yet, and they normally win one big one.
