Yemi's Play

I think it was bad but honestly, I'd be lying if I said I didn't cheer a little bit when he did it. It at least made me smile in the middle of my two hours of cussing and throwing things.

Half dirty play, half flop. At least he cared that his teammates were getting stroked to the head all night.

It looked dirty but I wonder if he actually meant to just grab Jenkins to keep him from running down the court for a fast break and accidentally clotheslined him.

It's not like he ate his first born. Ezeli tried screwing with our freshman all night long. A clothesline and a bump on top of the head....is there a difference?

Jenkins looked like a soccer player with that flailing dive. The only thing missing was a stretcher. That wasn't even a hard foul.

Intent.

At least Ezeli's could be classified as a basketball move.

Yemi's would be classified as a WWE move.

Players always throw out an arm to slow down a guy on a fast break...yemi just forgot her was 6`9

It took so long to do that Jenkins had plenty of time to do the flop. High marks for his acting ability.

Vandy's double team was much better, they were able to knock Maymon out of the game. One tackled and the other blocked.

Yemi needs more playing time IMO. He should be our second option at the 5 and play over Hall. Hall is a softie.

That's what i thought. Was the flop on the end that made it look flagrant.
Knowing Yemi , he's probably still wondering what happened.

CCM just said that Yemi said he was trying to grab Jenkins to keep him from getting a runout. Nothing malicious meant by Yemi. Jenkins should get an Oscar.

CCM just said on the post game that yemi told him that he was just trying to grab jenkins because he thought he was about to leak out for a fast break. probably a bit too physical and also an oscar nominee flop by jenkins. either way, glad to see jenkins get taken out, one of their guys had it coming, atleast yemi showed fight.

I wish I knew what all was being said on the court. At least Yemi showed he had some fight in him. That said, it was still a dumb play and showed a complete lack of composure.

I don't think it was someone saying something and it angered him. Hell he wouldn't know what They were saying anyways.
