I heard on the radio this morning that the scout team (running Michigan's offense and defense) beat the starters in practice and that Tobias Harris did not participate.
Anyone have any details?

There is a Wes Rucker article that might fill you in on the relevant details: Basketball: Unique Michigan a challenge for bigger Vols
Seriously? If our first team is giving up 40 points to Skylar McBee and losing to the second team, that's probably a bad sign.It happens in practice, all the time, on all levels. Especially when you give a kid a jimmer fredette green light in practice to emulate a specific player. Give skylar 25 shots in practice against the 1'sand he'll get 30-40 pts. It's practice. Not a game. Practice.

If he never misses, I'd have to assume our defense is doing something wrong.Do you realize skylar hardly misses in practice? Practices are not games. I don't know what else to tell you. No fans, no lights, no cameras, no robotic movements from play sets, no worry of benching, etc. And every team has practice players that look like champs, but can't play with the lights on.
