That wasn't a schooling. Krugman was simply throwing out his same tired view. He blamed negative net investment on somethng different than Will did. Krugman gave Roosevelts socialism cradit for recovery before it happened and Will said WWII was the solution. Krugman eventually said WWII was the answer. Will's response was omitted.
