I would keep Fulmer as head coach. Bring in Norm Chow as OC, he would sit in the press box and relay the play down to Sanders. Then I would have a CO-DC with Chavis and Nick Sabin coaching the D. I would also bring in Frank Beamer to coach the special teams. This was just off the top of my head, I could probably do better if I thought about it some.

I would keep Pat Summitt, Holly Warlick, Phil Fulmer, Trooper Taylor and John Chavis. Everyone else would receive pretty little pink slips and an escort to the door.

:p

I'd make sure there was a plentiful supply of complimentary hot dogs at all athletic events.

I'd also lower the capacity at Neyland and add 3 inches to every seat.

Well this is the most imaginative thread today....and that says a lot. Heck, if I could get married again, I'd marry Christy Brinkley, Anna Kournikova or Miss Universe.

Oh, I'd want all three of those women on a rotating schedule, one week at a time. Also, throw in some caviar, lobster tails, truffles and champagne.

Freaky will appreciate that.

On the football staff you only have to remove Washington, Stephens, Sanders and Slade, the rest you have to keep Trooper enuff said, Adkins 2nd year as RC and is doing a great job, Brooks and Caldwell always do a good job with the DL and bring in quality recruits year after year. Chavis is very good at getting LBers and is a decent DC.
Buzz and his staff would be told they have 2 years to get the program righted and competing yearly for SEC championships or a change would be made.
Rod Delmonico would be told the expections for UT baseball is a world series appearance every year and he would be expected to confrom to that expectation.

Fire RS, then fire RS and then fire RS again. After a couple of days I'd then re-fire RS to make sure he was fired. I would post a national search and hire a NFL co-ordinator who knew multiple sets and could make IN-GAME adjustments to the defenses applied. Then I would RE-FIRE RS to cover the previous firings. I would print billboards announcing the RS firing, post newspaper ads of the RS firing and nationally acknowledge the firing of RS to every high school, news source, radio source and media source available. Hey RS, Your Fired>>> :rocks: :twocents:

hey you might want to hire randy sanders then fire him again just to make you feel better.

I would do what the current situation is: Keep Fulmer as coach and let him hire his own staff.

Yep, that is what CPF has done and it works! I'm still holding out on Christie Brinkley though <_<

does depleated offensive stats in both rushing AND passing make you happy? This is not CPF's program alone. The admin needs to show CPF these stats and SUGGEST fixing them, if you know what I mean. :censored: RS ,his performances are :bs:

I am very happy with this past year. Same old story Don. 2 freshmen QBs, injured OL, BUT 2-1000 yard rushers, average passing to 9 different recievers per game. Most important was a 10-2 season in a rebuilding year. RS is not flashy, he plays the game as does Phil, the General's way, i.e. minimizing mistakes. As George Bush Sr. would say, "it's not prudent to run a fancy offense with freshmen QBs". BTW the offensive game plan against the Aggies was one of our best ever.

As long as Fulmer's record is at this level, your protests will fall on deaf ears. It's all about the wins and all about the money.

I'd switchTrooper to the OC and move Sanders down to quarterbacks coach. I was considering Slade, but the defensive backfield is just too inexperienced.

A 10-3 record, SEC Divisional champs, in what is supposed to be a "rebuilding" year. Those are the "stats" that tell me we have the right man at the helm of the BIG ORANGE ship.

SO, some games werent won the way some folks would have liked them won. But I have yet to see, in 6 years, anybody complaining that we ONLY beat FSU 23-16.

Winning games is the only important stat. I have a feeling that you would be upset at Coach Neyland and all of his 6-3 and 10-0 yawners.

Where did everybody get this idea that T. Taylor would be or even could be a OC. Yes he's shown he has had a good year motivating his runninig backs, is a great cheer-leader for the team and may be a good recruiter, although I haven't seen any great running backs commit yet. I just don't see evidence of what it takes for him to be a OC. Maybe all RS needs to do is increase his mid air chest bumps with the players and he will be a genius!

My sentiments exactly. Whether you love or hate RS, what gives anybody the idea that Trooper Taylor is the man for the job? I think TT is a good coach, but I honestly have no earthly idea whether he'd make a good OC or not.
