"I don't know if they have respect for us or not, and I don't really care," Tennessee senior offensive tackle Arron Sears said. "This is our territory, and we are going to come out and try to hold it. "Games like this is where the men come out."

I love Sears...but not as much as Ainge...he has Ainge's blindside. I really think Sears could be our Al Wilson this year.

Jayson Swain has emerged as the leader of the team... but it sure doesn't hurt to have Sears out there talking his guys up!

meachem has impressed me the most out of anyone, even ainge. he seems to be a great leader by example. it's a shame that it's taken him this long to emerge in that role though.

I'm not talking about their play on the field, I'm talking about what they are doing "behind the scenes". Ainge was quoted as saying "Ask anyone in the locker room, they'll tell you who the leader of the team is, and it is Jayson Swain." (sic) I don't have the exact quote... that is generally what was said.
