a UK's fan honest take on Cal/Rose Reply
**disclaimer**just for the record, I don't think Cal can control what a kid does in high school so i dont blame him for that. yes, I'll be pissed if UK has to vacate any wins in the future, but I don't think it will happen. UK has an excellent compliance staff and I honestly don't think Rose would have been allowed to play for Kentucky. Also, I don't support cheating and would not support Cal if he did knowingly cheat. As far as WWW and things in the gray area, I'm all for it. While you guys whine about him sending players to UK, I'll be watching Gilchrist get picked first in the NBA draft and hearing the name 'Michael Gilchrist - Kentucky' all night long. And I certainly won't feel bad about it.

That said, I don't give an ish about what happened at UMass or UM. not even a little bit. I care about winning. I care about humiliating the other team and the game being over 10 minutes after it starts. I care about getting revenge on UL for last year's lucky shot by Sosa and for the losses against UNC the last few years. I care about embarrassing every single small school that walks into Rupp thinking they can pull a VMI or Gardner Webb. I care about putting Florida, Tennessee and Vandy fans where they belong in the SEC pecking order - at the bottom. I care that when someone thinks about SEC basketball, they think about UK - the way it should be. You can say a lot of UK fans only care about winning and you know what? You're damn right. I'm sick of losing to inferior programs. Absolutely sick of it. That means you Vandy. And Florida. and Tennessee. And Louisville.

I don't care about feelings. I don't care about sportsmanship while we're running up the score on the random schools that come into Rupp this year. I don't care what other fans think of Kentucky or Calipari. You call us cheaters or whatever you want and it means nothing. We'll let our team's play on the court settle that for us. So after John Wall and Eric Bledsoe continually teabag Edgar Sosa on Jan. 2nd, I fully expect UL fans to be out in full force talking their ish. Cool. Nobody could care less about your second-rate program.

And let's not even get into some of the fans talking ish on this board. Purdue fans attacking UK? really? seriously? Kansas State fans doing the same? You think Beasley and Walker played for you guys because they happen to love Manhattan, KS? bullish. Both of your programs are essentially meaningless to CBB and frankly, you have no place to talk about other programs, much less Kentucky.

I think this guy is going to be pissed in a few years. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. Calamari has proven that he lives in the gray and I doubt UKs compliance staff will keep him in check.

If he thinks sosa is gonna get beasted hes wrong UL is like there 2nd game and it doesnt matter becuse when we beat them at rupp and here i will dance and sing all night long if coach cal thinks he can kill us with 4 freshman (i know there really really good ) he should go back to confrence usa becuse we are way better than we were last year GO VOLS:rock:

...he's excited about the prospect of winning. It's no more delusional than our fans asking if Bryce Brown is the next Herschel Walker.

He's drinking the kool-aid by the gallon.

This is why I mainly just READ Kentucky boards for information, and do most of my posting/conversation elsewhere. (like VN) People in Kentucky are Bat s#%t crazy. Hardly any logical conversations.

pathetic....i mean honestly that is just some pissed off uk fan who is too ignorant to accept the fact that tennesee and other schools in the sec are now better than kentucky
