This guy is a pure head case. Some are saying that he will be done as a cub after today's tirade. What do you all think? If he is done as a cub and has a large sum of cash still owed (I believe around 36 million), where does he land?

Playing with emotion is one thing, but some of the stuff he has pulled would make me embarassed if I was a cubs fan. I worked for a minor league team when he was coming up and got to be around him quite a few times, and the guy has never impressed me as a person. He can certainly pitch, but where is the line drawn?

I think he has finally run out of times that the media and team can excuse his behavior by calling him a 'fiery' competitor and forgetting about it. At some point you have to replace the word 'fiery' with 'serial dumbass.' Let him stay suspended and send him to a psychiatrist before he finally hurts someone.

If he were performing the Cubs would put up with it. But you can't be crazy and bad. He's damaged goods- I don't know who would give up anything good to get a guy that could tear apart a clubhouse.

As a Cub fan, I'm saying good riddance. It was one thing when he was winning and acting like a fool, but his game has dropped considerably. So as was said, now he's bad AND crazy.

This year has been a nightmare, and football season can't get here fast enough. I'm hoping for a house cleaning in the offseason, starting with getting Pinella out of there.

You mean it has been a typical year.

What happened to Derek Lee? Ramirez was awful before he went on the DL.
