I am not trying to start a big discussion or beat a dead horse. I am just curious and wanted to do my poll and get some predictions.

Zimmerman outcome:

  1. Found guilty. Deserves it.
  2. Found guilty. Doesn't deserve it.
  3. Found not-guilty. Deserves it.
  4. Found not-guilty. Doesn't deserve it.
  5. Pleads out to lesser charge. Deserves it.
  6. Pleads out to lesser charge. Doesn't deserve it.
  7. Judge dismisses it. Deserves it.
  8. Judge dismisses it. Doesn't deserve it.

I have no earthly idea whose set of facts is correct and no idea what the outcome will be, but the charge seems problematic.

People who vote now on whether he deserves x or not, and without the facts, should be killed.

People should have no opinion at this point.

I agree completely, but the wording of that 1st sentence is kind of ironic.

OK, they should have to go live on the same ward with GS until the trial is over. Better?

So you would be happier if Martin had pounded Zimmerman's brains out on the sidewalk, went around the corner to his dad's girlfriend's house and ate his skittles while watching dancing with the stars?

And you call me crazy?

As of Friday, April 13th, 2012, 1,018 Black Americans have been murdered by Black Americans since Trayvon MartinÂ’s death 47 days ago.

And I'll bet most of them would have looked like Barack Hussein Obama's son.

WTF???

And you call me crazy?

Um, if you think I said (or believe) anything like the above scenario, you're batshat crazy. But then, everyone except you knows that.

The judge will dismiss it. 2nd degree is absurd. His lawyer would be dumb to advise him to accept a plea.

The prosecutor really hosed this up
