Former Vol Riyahd Jones is being investigated by the Knoxville Police department for sexual assault, according to The Daily Times. Jones is no longer listed on the Tennessee roster and was in the process of transferring from Tennessee, per a tweet on Feb. 2.
Jones is named as a suspect in the investigation of alleged forcible rape that occurred Thursday, Feb. 5, according to the police report, obtained by The Daily Times through an open records request.
An officer responded to 1005 West Forrest Blvd. around 7:20 p.m. Thursday to a report of forcible rape that was said to have occurred earlier in the day at 301 Lippencott St., the police report said.
The officer spoke with the victim and the investigation is ongoing. A weapon was not used, according to the report.
When contacted by The Daily Times, Tennessee athletic department spokesman Jimmy Stanton declined to comment since Jones is no longer with the program.

Peeling away layers of the onion.
GO VOLS!
My advice is for these guys to get a girlfriend while in college and STOP having casual sex with some girl that you just met at a party!
Girlfriends are not likely to turn a consensual activity in to a rape charge the next morning.
