[mks_dropcap style=”letter” size=”52″ bg_color=”#ffffff” txt_color=”#ff8200″]J[/mks_dropcap]unior guard Detrick Mostella has been dismissed from the Tennessee basketball program, coach Rick Barnes announced on Tuesday.
“I’ve always been very clear about the standards that members of this program will be held to,” Barnes said. “Those standards are very high, and Detrick unfortunately has not lived up to them.”
Mostella was averaging 10.5 points per game this season in 21.5 minutes off the bench for the Vols.
Detrick Mostella has been dismissed from Tennessee's basketball team. I'm told a release is coming shortly.
