Chance Hall to have season-ending surgery

According to reports this morning, Tennessee offensive lineman Chance Hall will have surgery on his knee and miss the 2017 football season.

The junior from Northside High School in Roanoke, Virginia played in 10 games for the Vols as a freshman in 2015, earning the starting nod in Tennessee’s final seven games.

Last season Hall started six games at right tackle in between his battle with injuries.

“Chance Hall is getting a second opinion on his knee, so he will be limited. I’ll probably know a little bit more by the end of the weekend,” Butch Jones said last Friday.
