WATCH: Derek Barnett highlights from week 2, gets third sack

Former Tennessee defensive end Derek Barnett had another impressive night for the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday. The rookie recorded his third sack of the preseason, finishing with two tackles and two quarterback hurries.

Barnett was quite the topic of conversation during the broadcast. The announcers talked about him at length during two or three different occasions.

“When it comes to purely rushing a quarterback, trust me, he’s going to be in every on of their quarterback rush packages this year,” the announcer said of Barnett during the third quarter of the game.

The Eagles next game is next Thursday at 7:00 p.m. against the Miami Dolphins. NFL Network will broadcast the game live.
