Adonis Otey, a class of 2019 four-star cornerback from Murfreesboro and the No. 4 rated player in the state of Tennessee (according to Rivals.com), is visiting Knoxville this weekend.
Otey, who measures 6-foot-0 and 175 pounds, committed to Tennessee last April, but decommited in July.
ESPN’s evaluation of Otey: “Strengths: A smooth, skilled Athlete with good size and great body control playing many positions on both sides of the ball. Has the confidence in his ability to make plays as a runner, pass catcher, blocker and as a tackler. …Areas of Improvement: Continue to enhance size, strength and top end speed for explosive playmaking ability for the next level of competition. …Bottom Line: Demonstrates the athletic ability to play multiple positions. Will be a threat running the ball on the perimeter, catching crossing routes from the slot or being a solid secondary player that can cover and tackle. ”
