Michigan kicker Ryan Tice is headed to Tennessee as a graduate transfer, according to reports from MLive.com.
Tice, who measures 6-foot-1 and 172 pounds, will walk on at Tennessee. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
As a sophomore in 2016, Tice made 10 PATs over five games. He kicked off three times and missed his sole field goal attempt from 40 yards.
Tice will compete for the starting kicking job, according to Tennessee coaches.
“They told me the best player will play,” Tice told GoVols247. “That’s all I needed to hear.”
