“Great effort. We stayed focused. We didn’t let up. I’m really proud of all these kids and the time they’ve put in,” Holly Warlick said after the win.
“I coach a team that I know we still have a lot left in us. Our focus now is the SEC tournament.”
With the win, Tennessee earns the No. 7 seed in the SEC Tournament and will face No. 10 seed Arkansas on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. ET. Should they win that game, the Lady Vols would face No. 2 seed Texas A&M on Friday at 6:00 p.m.
