Listed at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds, Phillips is expected to be one of the top prospects in the 2017 class. Earlier this week, Ole Miss was the first program to offer.
Phillip plans to be in Oxford for the Ole Miss-Alabama game, according to Rivals.com($), and he’s hoping to make it to a Tennessee game as well.
