UT football player Lee Smith is allegedly being linked to a Powell High School sex and grade scandal. However, Smith has sworn in an affidavit on Tuesday that he did not have sexual relations with Powell Assistant Principal Kim Kallenberg.
A UT spokesperson said that UT has no plans to investigate but will “monitor” the situation.
If UT finds reason to investigate the grade scandal. A committee would review the situation and Smith’s transcripts, conduct any interviews deemed necesary and to try and make a determination of the situation.
All this just in time for SEC Media Days.
