C.J. Fleming Commits

Tennessee has picked up their 11th commitment for the 2007 recruiting class. C.J. Fleming (5-11 175, 4.4 40) from Highland Springs High School in Richmond, Virginia has decided that he wants to be a Volunteer.

Fleming is a 3-star prospect by both Rivals and Scout at the cornerback position. Rivals has him ranked as the #24 cornerback and the #9 prospect in the state of Virginia. ESPN.com lists him as the #13 cornerback in the country.

He had previoulsy listed his top four schools as Georgia, Tennessee, N.C. State and Virginia. It was rumored that he wanted to get his commitment out of the way before the season started.

Fleming is reported to have very good closing speed and is hard hitter for his size. He pulled down seven interecptions as a junior. C.J. will make a nice addition to the Vols 2007 class.
