Defensive back Nyshier Oliver has committed to Tennessee for the second time this season.
Oliver originally committed to the Vols back in June but changed his mind in favor of Notre Dame.
His decision to follow his original commitment to Tennessee comes just after Oliver took an official visit to Knoxville this past weekend.
Rivals rates Oliver three stars and Scout gives him four stars.
