The 2013 Pre-Season Media Days All-SEC Team was released on Thursday morning. Not surprising, the media selected Alabama to win the Southeastern Conference with the Georgia Bulldogs as the consensus selection to win the eastern division. Meanwhile, Tennessee was picked to finish fifth in the division, behind Vanderbilt and ahead of only Kentucky and Missouri.
As for individual selections, surprisingly, no Tennessee offensive players were selected on the first team. Offensive lineman Antonio Richardson and Ja’Juan James made second team and Zack Fulton and James Stone were third-team selections.
On defense, linebacker A.J. Johnson was named to the first team and Daniel “Mount” McCullers made the third team.
