As much of a tire fire as the Tennessee athletic program is right now, I believe the Vols made two home-run hires in White and Heupel

What did my thumb being in my mouth have to do with the pay wall? Heh.

So you stole content?
Your thumb being in your mouth is not really where I was suggesting it was. But if you get off your rump there is a very easy way to access that article. But hey, you continue to criticize the OP and the people that did read it. Frankly, just read my post you are the fan that needed to read it the most.

I wasn't criticizing the OP. Or you, initially. But now that I know you're willing to be unethical to bypass paywalls, yes, I'm being critical of you.

Don't steal. Either pay for it, or leave it be.

A lot is going to be determined by what kind of staff Heupel hires...especially on the defensive side. If he can shore up that side of the ball, I believe we will compete with anybody in a year or so..

I think you are right. If he can get a really good staff that can recruit and run a stout defense, I think we will be good.

It’s not dishonest to learn how to read and navigate a mouse through the internet. It is harder if you still have that thump in your ....
Okay, I'll ask you an honest question and I'd appreciate an honest response.

The Orlando Sentinel put up a pay wall because they require people to pay them money to read the content they produce. No more complicated than them selling papers at the corner news stand; you don't get to read one without paying for it.

Now, you've found a way to read their content, but not pay. Which is no different than grabbing a paper from the news stand and running off without paying for it.

That's called theft. You've stolen content that they produced with their own hard work, and that they demanded money for.

How do you see that as NOT dishonest? Tell me, honestly.

The problem is your diatribe is not correct. Is it possible the pay site went up after it was posted on this site? Is it possible to access the article other than this site which is blocked? Is it possible the article was not always paid access? Is it possible that if you search for the article it is not pay access? Is it possible that due to other memberships one might have it is free?
The problem you made is assuming some people have better access to things than you. Then not liking that access you make silly accusations of thievery. You also assumed people responding to this article just made up the fact it was read. Again, my original post was directed to you. Read it closely and text a buddy if you have one.

You haven't answered my question. Lot of words, no answer.

Look, I'm just asking you to explain things you've already admitted.

You said you read the article:
This is a great article.

Then you said you "got around" the pay wall, meaning you stole the content without paying:
I’m actually clever enough to get around the pay wall.

Then you claimed it is not dishonest to do what you did:
It’s not dishonest to learn how to read and navigate a mouse through the internet.

I'm just asking a simple question: how is that not dishonest, when the Orlando Sentinel is clearly charging readers for their content? Can you explain?

I don't really know how to explain this to you any better. I am not an elementary school teacher. I appreciate your compulsive behavior and need to be validated, but it is not dishonest to read an article that was not always behind a pay wall. You are just being a complete dolt at this point. Do you honestly believe that the OP linked an article that he didn't read and the comments made by people that read it aren't true? Do you think accusing people that did read it as criminals makes you seem intelligent or tough? Maybe if you are nice to your Mom and promise to stop watching MILF porn you can get her to lift the browser restrictions on the basement computer. So we are clear I did read the article and I am not a criminal. So if you can't find a better way to work out your feelings I would suggest some warm milk, a nap and maybe a hug from someone that can't stand to be in your presence, may take a while so good luck. Again, there is a way to access the article that does not violate federal law.

Okay, so now without insulting and belittling, explain how you had free access to content that the Orlando Sentinel charges everyone for?

Incidentally, if you go to school at UT or work at UT, then you can get free access to all kinds of stuff through the library, including the Orlando Sentinel (and this article). I'm guessing that, on a message board of this size, at least some of the tens of thousands of people who are currently part of UT access content that way.

It was not always behind a pay wall. You seriously have a reading comprehension issue.
Sure, it was. Online papers and news services who use pay walls don't put articles up for free and then later move them behind the wall. They're behind pay walls from the start.

Also, I checked this thread just after the OP started it. The article was behind a pay wall. You didn't join the thread until about two hours later. Unless you read really slow, there's little chance you clicked on the link before I did.

Third, you admitted early on that you were "clever enough to get around the pay wall," which is you admitting the pay wall was there when you first accessed the site.

You're lying to cover up stealing now. Aren't you?

Sure, absolutely. Those people don't have to brag about being clever enough to get around the pay wall, because they had legal access.

I am not casting aspersions on the OP or anyone else who has read this article. I'm just looking at one person who admitted to being a thief, and is now lying to cover it up.
