Young and Stroud are worth top 10 picks and I think HH is 3rd best QB in this class (might be UT bias but he's shown more on the field). Agree that Titans shouldn't take any QB in the first round but absolutely 100% don't take Richardson or Levis. If they are QB desperate I'd take HH.

Titans would be better off taking Hooker at 11 than trading up for Richardson or Levis. Giving away assets for an almost guaranteed bust would make for a short run as GM for Carthon.
