Are you serious? What coach have you been watching the last several years? He’s notoriously hard on his players, especially if you make a mistake defensively. Name a young player he hasn’t done this to. Even his veterans will get pulled if they aren’t pulling their weight or making mistakes...

“more than make up for Vescovi” sounds like you have pretty high expectations for him. I’m just saying he hasn’t shown anything at this point that backs that up.

That’s true, but that level of talent and production is not common, which is why it hard to predict. The odds of us finding another level of talent like that are incredibly low.

I don’t know how much Barnes likes having a true 4 and 5. He certainly hasn’t built his teams that way for the last several years. He seems to like recruiting athletic guys that can play a G/F type role. The last productive post player he had was Grant W, and he is a smaller post guy too.

Carr played in less than half of our games, averaged 4 minutes a game, and shot less than 30% from the floor on the year…but he made one shot against Creighton so he must be great…cool cool cool.

Ok, so who in the current roster has shown they can come close to carrying the load offensively? Who on this current roster showed this year that they can score consistently.
