What can be done then to stop this? Why aren't legislators stepping in to stop this as they did with the Schiano hire? Even Diane Black knows how dangerous Haslam is.

With all that was done to block the Schiano hire, weaken Haslam and get Fulmer into place as AD- including state legislators who were involved- why would those same people just sit back and allow this bill to happen?

I am way behind on the news- what is Haslam trying to do now? I thought with Fulmer and Davenport, Haslam had been weakened at least some.
