I’ve picked up running some this year. Most I’ve done is 8 miles, but my knee starts hurting pretty good around mile 2-3. Been taking a break to see if some rest heals it and have added some stretching, but any tips from the experienced runners?

I smallmouth fish mostly, so either a tube, small swimbait or ned rig are the go to. Occasionally crank bait as well.

Aidoo no showed and zz got outplayed by their pg. kinda expected against aidoo going against eddy, but think if zz could’ve had a decent game we would’ve won.

Yeup, zz had a bad stretch there with a couple turnovers and missed free throws. Cooled off a little as well as we missed some open looks. Either way, have a 2nd half game
