EVERY new hire our athletic department makes is cheap, and they also think it's smart. We always cheap out on the front end and end up paying Saban money on the back end.

It's UT. When it comes to hiring coaches, money is ALWAYS an object.

As I said on another thread, the only coach who fits the low ball offers the UT Athletic Department is famous for is Kellie Jolly Harper. Holly's salary would triple Kellie's salary. She is a true VFL and can coach, so I'm good with her.

The only coach being mentioned that fits the UT Athletic Department's history of cheaping out on coaching hires is Kellie Jolly Harper. If they pay her Holly's current salary she would triple her income. You heard it here first.
