WTH is wrong with the people making decisions at UT?

I completely agree. UT won't ever get another dime or TV rating again from me if they pull this ******** again. I'm so sick of seeing the 2nd winningest program in the SEC hire assholes that want to prove their chops. Pay a damn head coach.

    Tony Elliot

Exactly this mentality in thinking Tennessee is where we test to prove coaches chops is Ludacris and part of the damn reason we are here. Pay up or shut up and admit we don't care about football.

What do the top offenses do that TN didn’t do?

This. He actually admitted to this. He told someone that was from a broadcast crew doing lead up to game interviews that with covid and the uncertainty surrounding games that he found it best not to specifically game plan for team but to just focus on fundamentals. Thats Def middle school...

I want to see a lot of Freshmen on the field today vs Vandy

Yeah he looked pretty good as well. Strong runner.

I want to see a lot of Freshmen on the field today vs Vandy

I want to see Dee Beckwith and Malchi Wideman. Those 2 are freak athletes and they've not done a damn thing with them all year.

    Importance of an OOC schedule

While it's definitely true OOC games help to get players experience. We have not benefited from early blowouts in a long time, and when we have blown a team out early in games it seems our coaches have left starters in way to long almost to pad their stats and give them extra practice.

    Hyatt...

Pruitts an idiot or Chaney is. Hyatts amazing and the fact they're really just getting him involved shows them to favor returning players and not truly creating open competition. Pruitt further confirms it in his presser by remark about the youth now emerging and he's starts yacking about...

Getting QBs ready is an inexact science

I'm not buying all this they're not ready talk. You know maybe they aren't ready to compete at the SEC championship yet but surely we should have had someone better to compete against Kentucky. Every other school can bring someone in and have the serviceable by season start, and its like we...

Tee martin Chris wienke making easy money.

Yeah the fact that we can't recruit new skill players to unseat terrible upperclassmen is part of the problem also.

    Is it the TE position...?

The question I find myself asking is why we can't recruit players that start over unproductive upperclassmen like every other school in the SEC seems to find.

    Secondary?

Supposed to be ready to go this week. Pruitt wouldn't say for sure, but everything points to it being Covid contact tracing.

    Secondary?

Shamburger being out is still hurting us more then people realize. Thompson not being 100% has also limited us. We still haven't witnessed how good our D can be.

Biggest Liability ... it’s not QB

Maybe, but we had several key players out and others playing out of position because of it so let's see how they look with everyone back.
