Well, I don't think a grad transfer counts toward the 25. And if he can plug in and contribute? At worst, he spells someone for a series here and there. At best, we place him next to Trey Smith and run a bunch of plays to the left.

Supposedly Tracy wasn't on scholarship at his previous school, so he counts against the class limit upon transfer, since it would be his first time on scholarship.
