Dream and Realistic Coordinator Hires

Just because I believe that Pruitt is staying. Who would be your dream OC/DC hires and your realistic OC/DC hires this season?
I'll start.

Dream OC hire: Phil Longo (UNC)
Realistic OC hire: Brad Cornelsen (VT)

Dream OC hire: Will Muschamp
Realistic DC hire: Will Muschamp

Hard to imagine a quality coordinator wanting to step into this mess

Don’t understand why anyone would watch the defense that Muschamp put on the field this year and get excited about it. Now if Steele becomes available then we’re cooking.

Dream coordinators....doesn’t matter. They won’t come here.
Realistic coordinators....O = Chaney (buyout too large and no one worth anything will come to the toxic wasteland.) D = Ainsley or Muschamp. (Although I think Muschamp will go somewhere where he can shine rather than here.)

Coordinators are not the problem and changing them will not fix this mess. Pruitts micromanagement of the staff is the problem.
