I'm somewhat concerned about how will handle the adjustment. Not reading a playbook ever going to the intensity of focus required at Tennessee might be overwhelming. On top of that, he likely won't see the field on D except in Special Team conditions given the depth we currently have.
Not trying to be a downer, but from what I read in the article he comes in with high expectations. I think we patience and determination he can be a real impact in a couple of years. But he will have to find grit, grind, and focus that separates college stars from high school stars.
